The tax credit for home-support services for seniors

We finally have a chart of eligible expenses. There are exactly 13 items: 3 for housekeeping services and 10 for maintenance of common portions. You take numbers from your financial statements. This is supposed to be for fiscal year 2008 but your own fiscal year will do.
It is possible that only one or few items only apply to your syndicate. If it is the case, it's O.K.

Housekeeping services
Do not include the cost of cleaning products.
- Housekeeping (such as sweeping, dusting and cleaning) in common areas, namely, the entranceway, hallways, stairways, elevator cars and administration office;
- Cleaning rugs and upholstered furniture in common areas, namely, the entranceway, hallways, stairways and administration office
- Cleaning of air ducts (for air conditioning or heating), when they do not have to be dismantled
Minor maintenance work outside the building (including minor seasonal maintenance work) and certain minor maintenance work inside the building
Do not include the cost of materials, products or any other property used to do the work.
- Cleaning the outside of the building, windows and eavestroughs and chimney sweeping.
- Pool, spa and tennis court maintenance.
- Lawn care (fertilization, watering and mowing.
- Hedge trimming and plant bed maintenance.
- Tree pruning (not including felling).
- Raking and disposal of leaves.
- Installing and removing seasonal shelters (not including cost of storage.
- Upkeep of the property and sidewalks (snow removal, application of an asphalt coating).
- Garbage removal by the caretaker.
- Minor maintenance work inside the building, if related to a facility that could also be located outside (such as a pool or a spa)
